About Ashlee VanAtta

Lubbock native Ashlee VanAtta is dedicated to sharing her Red Raider spirit. Ashlee has always been drawn to real estate, going so far as to build several homes herself. She entered the industry as a mortgage assistant and closer, and after nearly a decade of handling mortgages, Ashlee knew it was time to become an agent herself.

 

Ashlee is passionate about helping others. Her goal is to find not just a house but a home, and she truly values the opportunity to be part of such an important moment in her client's lives. Ashlee listens to her client’s needs and delivers their perfect property. Because of her experience with building homes, she is also a great resource for new construction. Ashlee works with all demographics, but she specializes in first-time buyers.

 

In her spare time, Ashlee is an active member of her Lubbock community. She frequently volunteers with fundraisers and sporting events. Ashlee prioritizes her husband and two wonderful children, and she also enjoys decorating, home improvement projects, and adventuring outdoors.
